Surf and Turf Lobster Roll

Ingredients:

• 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
• 1/4 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise

• 1 tablespoon chopped chives
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 hot dog buns
• Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped lobster tails and shrimp

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
