Chickpea Cauliflower Veggie Burgers



These chickpea and cauliflower veggie burgers are tasty and good for you. When you mix chickpeas, cauliflower, and Old Bay seasoning together, you get a tasty and filling burger patty that's great for any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets, steamed
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for cooking

Instructions:

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, cauliflower, breadcrumbs, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Pulse until mixture is well combined and forms a coarse paste

Form mixture into burger patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat

Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through

Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings
