Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
Instructions:
Put strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and coconut cream in a blender
Mix until it's creamy and smooth
Place the mix into popsicle molds
Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the whole thing is solid
Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a short time to get the popsicles out
